Free Airbnb listing score
Find the three fixes worth the most points on your Airbnb listing.
Paste your title, description, amenities and photo count. ListingLift runs 22 checks taken from Airbnb's own host guidance, scores the listing out of 100 and ranks what to fix first. The score moves as you type.

Example result
Needs work
"Marsh view cottage with screened porch and bikes"
Fix these first
- +6List every amenity you have, not just the setup shortlist
- +5Add photos until every room is covered
- +3List the CO alarm, extinguisher and first aid kit
Nobody outside Airbnb can see its ranking formula. Tools that promise a ranking are guessing.
What Airbnb does publish is what it wants hosts to get right: titles under 50 characters, every room in the photo tour, the amenities guests filter by, house rules without fines. We turned that guidance into 22 checks, and every one links to the Airbnb page it came from, so you can argue with us.

What the score cannot see
Point weights and thresholds, like 25 photos for full marks, are our own judgment, not Airbnb numbers. Airbnb says listing quality is one of several search factors, along with popularity, price and location (Airbnb Help). This page only reads what you paste, so it knows nothing about your price, your calendar or where the place is.
